Danville – San Ramon CA Housing Inventory

Inventory of Homes for Sale – Danville, San Ramon, East Bay California

November 2010 Months of Inventory for the twenty-seven communities measured was 3.14 and surprisingly this is exactly the same as we had last month, October. Compared to October 2010 active listings were up 8.6% and pending sales were also up 8.4%.

November 2010 active listings were up 64.0% and pending sales were up 1% compared to November 2009. Months of Inventory this year was up 63% when it was only 1.93 in November 2009. At 3.14 we still have low inventory for buyers to chose from.

As should be expected the Months of Inventory in the lower prices areas are less than in the higher priced areas.
